Clean. Great location. Friendly helpful staff.
Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful to any requests. Room cleaned and made up every day.
Disappointed in alley view considering the cost for 3 nights. Slight view of city buildings but level 4 was below roof level of alley way buildings. View from bed was wall of neighbouring building.

was difficult to find light switches. there was no price list for minibar. there was no room in the minibar for any additional items. parking was awkward - a block away from hotel.

Lovely location and staff very friendly
The location was perfect, rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful
Our only disappoint was that we couldn’t visit the rooftop bar on our first night as there was a private function. There was no warning or heads up about this. This was one of the reasons we booked the Pullman.
